Chosen by Hipogest, the Seabra Group will be responsible for the construction of 5 new refrigerated platforms in Angola, in a turn-key project addressing all of the Group’s company’s specialties.

The development of this ambitious project in Angola, is the result of an image of professionalism and competence, mirrored by the Seabra Group over 22 years of presence in Angola, the satisfaction of its clients in the sequence of innovative technical solutions and quality project execution.

With this project, the Angolan government strengthens its investment plan in the food distribution’s logistics network to the population contributing as well to the quality of life of the Angolan people.

The Architect Luís Murcho and Sculptor Hugo Maciel have been chosen and awarded by the symposium’s selection commission, following the tribute of Robert Roussil, a Canadian sculptor who died in 2013.

In order to pay tribute to Roussil, the Portuguese duo has created an exterior sculpture dedicated to the life and work of the renowned sculptor.

This is yet another evidence of the quality of the Group Seabra’s human capital, fruit of an investment in a young, dynamic and talented team.

Seabra Group has been hired to implement the specialties of, HVAC, ELECTRICAL AND HIDRAULIC INSTALLATIONS of the future Talatona Shopping.

The building will have 5 floors, two underground levels for parking and three levels dedicated to shopping, restaurants, supermarket, cinemas and technical areas.

This modern and ambitious project will be a benchmark in the Angolan shopping scene, certainly setting new quality standards in future projects of this magnitude.

Selected by the Angolan Ministry of Fisheries, the Seabra Group will be responsible for the execution of the turnkey project, that includes a Fish Auction Center, an Ice Scale Factory with a 20Ton/day production capacity and 30Ton warehouse capacity, including ice extraction for land and ships.

The Fish Freezing Warehouse will include three fish reception tanks with a capacity of 20 Tons each, a frozen salt water circuit, a spiral-freezer type – automated freezing tunnel, with a 4Ton/hour production capacity, and also three refrigeration chambers for frozen products, each with a 100 Ton capacity.

With this latest investment in the Seabra Group, the Angolan government reinforces his investment plan in the country’s fishing networks, therefore contributing to the Angolan citizen’s quality of life.
